「Come mia prima esperienza a Londra sono rimasta abbastanza soddisfatta per la scelta della struttura,supermercato sotto l’appartamento,a due passi trovi di tutto,pub,negozi vari ,e per il trasporto, pullman di linea a portata di mano,la stazione più vicina dista 10/12 minuti a piedi ,la struttura è davvero accogliente,calda,luminosa,pulita.la straconsiglio 100%」

「Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience. 」

People via email and reception were nice and sorted out a different room in the ground floor which was a bit better - however it feel is like there is no alignment between reception and the email contact given through Expedia.
