「This place is nice but I’d probably opt to not stay here again. It’s a lovely resort that I think is especially suited for families with children, but as a solo traveler I think that also made it less than ideal for me. I found the place super crowded all the time which made finding a spot by the pool challenging. People literally were claiming chairs before breakfast started, so if you went down after 9am, almost none were left. I ultimately didn’t even go into the pools because there were so...

「Vacances de luxe pendant lesquelles le personnel de ce superbe hôtel à la déco magnifique est constamment aux petits soins pour les clients. Tout est classé 5 étoiles comme l'hôtel, de l'accueil, au petit déjeuner, à la chambre en passant par la piscine sans oublier le roof top. Si il faut trouver du négatif, je dirais 3 cafards trouvés à la tombé de la nuit et les bains de soleil de la piscine que certains s'approprient du matin au soir en laissant quelques objets sans valeur dessus...

「Balconies get no sun due to massive overhang. Bar service was awful, 9/10 times long queues. Quality of food was dire, very cold, boring and repetitive. Reception staff, well words cannot come close to describe how unhelpful/ uninterested they are. I tried to change hotel but Experia were no help. Would never stay here again. Will not use Experia again. Only positive about this hotel was the water pressure in the shower + that was brilliant.」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」
