「We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. Entertainment crew did a great job, i really enjoyed zumba in the pool. It was also impressing to see how passionate the lady lifeguard is in her job. 「Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed.」
