「Booked two rooms and it was great for a boardwalk hotel! Super close to the beach. Clean rooms. Microwave and fridge. Economical. Now the minor quirks: the mattresses were old, the receptionist wasn't always there (we counted 3 different numbers to call/text to check-in and then had to wait awhile), loose doorknobs, you can hear folks walking up and down the stairs outside, and old window AC units.」

「Staff were very pleasant ,and understanding about changing my room. Place was right across from the broad walk /beach. Have a small pool for the little ones. 10/10 for me . Book your stay what are you waiting for.」

「This was my first stay at Dunes Suites and it will not be my last! I enjoyed my ocean front room with kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and house keeping arrived within minutes of me requesting extra towels and blankets. Property was very clean. Easy access to the beach and much less crowded than other parts off the boardwalk. 」

「Nice room and in pretty good shape except for the balcony door (wasn't sealing properly until I adjusted) and the ripped screen to the balcony - left in a pesky fly. Comfortable bed & small but nice bathroom. All-in-all a good value for the location.」

「The Wellington exceeded our expectations for an inexpensive hotel. It was less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The room was updated and clean, but had blinds on the one window and a light outside of it so it was never fully dark. It is also not accessible for anyone who cannot do stairs. That was fine for us, but could be an issue for others. They also have a narrow parking lot so anyone with an oversized vehicle would need to find somewhere else to park The beds were super...

「The room we stayed in was kind of small but for a weekend with just two stay it would do the job. I wouldn’t put no more than two people in the room we stayed at. The staff was amazing and I had a great time. Will be booking again 」
