「The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. 」

「Stayed here for one night with my 1 year old.although they forgot to put a cot in, when I asked they were extremely quick to follow up on this and being a cot a d get it set up. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Mainly comfy although no air con in the room and it was roasting so had a rough night. The surrounding area is great, the food I. The restaurant is brilliant. All in all a very comfortable stay and would definitely look at staying here again if...

「We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.」
