First-time stay and genuinely impressed. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, which made the stay even more convenient. The location was ideal too—close to the tram and great shopping at the Trafford Centre . The hotel is convenient for business in the area. It has a decent size car park. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is much better quality than most hotels this price. My room had stains on the carpet I’m hoping were spilled coffee. I had some minor issues with the heating in the room but this was resolved. Overall good and I would certainly use this hotel again when in the area for business again

Room was clean but housekeeping lacking, lots of dust in room, experienced skin allergies , requested bedding to be changed after first night, only one bed bedding got changed, had to request again on 2nd day, no house keeping on 2nd day, had to request emptying of bins/towel request, final night bedding and room cleaned. Breakfast is basic and unexciting, scrambled which egg does not taste like eggs, , limited veg options, staff are very friendly & helpful
