「Overall, this was an excellent hotel and we would stay again. My major complaint is that the breakfast food, which we had to pay for, was largely missing. The hotel did not staff the breakfast area competently. I should have asked for a refund.」

「Definitely not a three star hotel. Hotel is older and has had repairs. Still needs some updates/repairs. We had no issues with staff, they were all polite, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean. Overall, decent stay. If I had to stay there again in a pinch I would, but still prefer 3-5 star hotels.」

「The food at the bar / restaurant (?) was surprising excellent and large portions. The chicken strips were AMAZING. The staff though short staffed, for that night was great, very attentive. The next morning, the same restaurant staff were ignoring most people, she was more concerned about talking with someone at the bar instead of customers. Front desk staff was nice; and the rooms were clean, though the AC needs some work. (it worked but too well).」
