「We arrived, couldn't get the front door open, so we walked around the back and a polite employee let us in. We waited approximately 10 minutes before two employees came down the stairs and checked us in. While the room was clean, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked with dust. I looked up only because the toilet was continually running and making other noises and I thought it was the fan. Another polite employee changed our room. I never managed to get the TV to work, but that is minor....

「Unfortunately they charged $10 a day for parking for a suburban parking lot that was not full. I could understand in a city garage or a very populated area, but that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, my bathroom was not well cleaned. The swimming pool is used for physical therapy by an outside company, so the pool was crowded and not relaxing.」
