「Really good」

「On this site and the hotel site there was no where to indicate that we would be bringing our dog. Upon check in I was told I was booked for the king bed I had requested but it was on the 3rd floor where pets were not allowed. Was told I needed to be on the 1st floor but no “king” rooms were available, only queen. I then asked for the difference of $20 and was told they couldn’t do that since I had pre-paid. Why not just hand me a $20. Total B/S ! 」

「The room was clean. Hotel was in great condition with beautiful water views. Only issue was that they ran out of coffee in the lobby both mornings we were there. I think they'd benefit from some additional checks of that amenity to ensure it's full.」

「Beautiful Boutique Hotel on the eastern shore right over the Bay bridge great restaurant Little market that’s amazing nice spa and very pretty and accommodating hotel would highly recommend it! 」

「Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. 」

「The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh. The pool was a great hangout place with the kids. My family enjoyed themselves and I was happy to relax. 」

「I normally dont give bad reviews. This location can use some upgrades. I stayed here 10 years ago when i was participating in a job training for 6 weeks. I was impressed and enjoyed ever week. But now i stayed 1 DAY and indoor swimming pool was white. I didnt let my kids get in. The room had an bad odor like an old apartment. 」

「This hotel needs a dramatic remodel. Cracked tile and worn carpet were evident throughout. While the handicapped bathroom was easy for a wheelchair to maneuver, the sink was very small and the plumbing leaked in the shower.」

「We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again.」

「We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. 」
