「My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol」

「No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing.」

「From the moment we walked in, to an empty reception, and empty bar area we were not impressed. after several minutes, an unsmiling, unwelcoming receptionist came out of the side office and instead of coming over to us, stood at the opposite end of the reception and asked if she could help, with no apology and no welcome, then said "I am over here" ! She then checked us in, again with no please and no thank you. Later, after we had eaten a perfectly good meal, we went to our room. On...

「A/C not working at all in the hallways,barely working in the room. Front desk did nothing to help, too busy in the back room, never actually at the front desk! Hotel is under renovation, of course NOT mentioned on their website! Front desk agent SLEEPING, could not wake him up after numerous attempts! My five days there were miserable, I really can’t imagine ever staying there again. You would think that they would lower their prices during construction? Be more accommodating? Definitely nothing...

「We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!」
