「The hallways are nasty stained carpet all over. Funny smell in hallways. But rooms were ok」

「This place was disgusting. There was some kind of body fluids all over the walls. No wash rags. Advertised that there would be breakfast and there was none. Advertised that there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Didn't have any of those. Will never stay here again」

「When staying here you have to treat it like a visit to grandma’s 200 year old house. Our room was on the third floor (no elevators) with slanted ceilings and bathroom down three steps. It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The air conditioner vent was positioned next to the bed and blew air directly on us as we slept (quite unpleasant). Additionally the door to our room does not fit properly and lets all the bright light...

「Great breakfast, nice pool and fire pit. We were on 1st floor. Condo was nice, but could hear a lot from condo above us. A lot of people smoking pot on property too. Pool area needs someone to go in there and clean debris around fence line and I think they should upgrade the pool towels.」

The breakfast was a highlight—the selection was diverse and delicious, and the chef was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to everyone. I think it would be a perfect experience if the front desk team could match that same level of warmth; a more welcoming tone at check-in and check-out would go a long way in making guests feel truly valued from the moment they arrive.」
