「Clean room. Spacious.」

「Quiet, clean, and convenient.」

「This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.」

「The room was filthy and had bugs on the ceiling. Lots of mold in shower. Gave us a creepy feeling. I would have given it a zero if I could have. Don’t stay here!!!」

「The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

There were an Hispanic couple who could not sleep either. This was around 4 AM. When I came to to front desk, no one was there. But when I decided to checkout the front desk person woke up and appeared. I told him about the noise but he said he didn't no anything about it. I was driving 10 hours to Philadelphia and had just arrived from driving 9...

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」
