「I would have rated it better, but for a hotel within 15 minutes of the largest privately owned offroad park, they don't offer trailer parking. When asked where to park a trailer they said next door at the Days Inn and make sure you take all valuables out of the vehicles. That wasn't very reassuring of a safe stay. Other than the parking issue and the strong odor of air fresheners it was a good place to stay. They also offer pet friendly rooms which may have had something to do with the strong...

「Everything was excellent. Only thing I would change is we wish the pool was a little warmer. They had the heat turned down, but overall it was great.」

「In town for death and needed a place to stay afew days without feeling stress. Comfort in was nice didn't like smelling the smoking area while walking to the front entrance. Maybe rethink the gazebo area fir smokers since 2nd hand smoke is deadly as well.」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」

「What a great place!! From Sharon at the front desk, to the cleaning people…they were amazing! My kids loved the pool and we had a picnic out on the tables. Such a clean place and great breakfast. Also the coffee was delicious!」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「Clean room and great breakfast buffet」

「Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...
