「Very clean comfortable room. Friendly staff, except for the fact they asked what my service dog helped me with. First time I've ever been asked that.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「We were in town to visit our son for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and see the Vols Vandy game. Was a great experience at Element! Very clean and spacious rooms (1 bed + living room/sofa bed). We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion would be that their washer/dryer machines were rather dirty (gum, dirt, etc) and could use a thorough cleaning. Other than that would highly recommend!」
