「Great location for waking the city. Cute hotel that makes the most of every space. From Check in to grabbing coffee in the morning to having a drink in the evening, all our interactions with staff was a highlight to our day. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels we have visited because of the staff. 」

「LOVE Embassy suites. This hotel did not disappoint our expectations. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Loved happy hour & breakfast superb & fresh. We loved the location of this hotel. We walked to the Georgia Aquarium (a must see) and to dinner at a local place. There was some construction going on but did not start until after 8am, ending early. Will come again!」

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. 「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」
