"The entire staff is the star of this hotel! The hotel is very old and showing its age, but every member of the staff was top notch! My room was not clean "
"The bed and bedding were amazing! The hotel walls were thick and kept things quiet and private. The staff was kind, professional, efficient, and accommodating. The products available, as amenities, were high end and very much appreciated. Room service was always incredibly quick, and the amount of restaurant/food choices available in the hotel were great."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park

"It was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I have not one compliant, but a lot of gratitude for how well we were treated. From the front desk staff, to food, to the valet guys! A++ service!!! Job well done…."
The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The individual at the front desk was so kind, engaging, and friendly! Truly an angel in disguise after a LONG two days of cancelled flights and failed attempts to get back to PA in a blizzard. He made me feel so welcome. I’d come back just because of how outstanding he is!! The valet Steve was absolutely wonderful as well: friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room is immaculate and so cozy lots of space for relaxing and/ or doing work. "
