"The room was "clean", but the floor was not"

"The hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the metro, within a half hr drive of the ATL airport, and a 30min walk to all the sites. We chose it because of it's close proximity to the Mercedes-Benz stadium and affordable rates. The only issue was that when we checked in there was only one staff member working and she provided incorrect info about the breakfast time and checkout time. We used the Starbucks cafe and the gym and hope that the pool will reopen soon!"

"The bedding was horrible. It felt like paper napkins as a comforter. I feel like for the price, the bedding could have been better. For breakfast, I paid $98 for three of us to eat the bar and it was just way overpriced. "

"The Hotel is nice but when I went to check in I had to wait almost an hour for my room. The front desk said they were short staffed and didn’t have rooms ready. Then the elevator dint work properly. One of the staff had to push on the door to make it work every time someone was going up. Everything else was fine. Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. "

"There isn’t a big driveway so getting picked up in Uber is kind of tricky so you end up walking to a neighboring hotel. Property is fine, but there are better locations. "

"The amenities were nice, however the room was not great. The bathroom/lighting setup was very frustrating with the light in the bathroom being linked to a light in the room entry way. So if someone had to turn the bathroom light on in the middle of the night, it also turned a light on where people were sleeping. The sheets had stains on them. Smaller frustrations include the lack of somewhere to hand a hand towel near the sink, and the air conditioner fan being either high or off (so throughout the night we would get warm and remove covers, just for the AC to turn on and blast us with very cold air)."
