「I had a wonderful stay here - the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Positives - the area was quiet, the bed was super comfy, room decor was very cute, the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoyed my daily breakfast sandwich and cold brew coffee with the breakfast coupon! There were a variety of options you could choose from (Chicken and waffles, Yogurt Parfait, Oatmeal, Breakfast sandwich, Breakfast burrito, Avocado toast) or several types of pastries, and a variety of coffee drinks...

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out.
