「Average at best. As I booked through another platform, I was relegated to the handicap accessible room next to the entrance, and the overall room was dated and required a lot of upkeep.」

「Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience.」

「Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for our travels. Beautiful building with lots of character. The linens were very nice. The hallways could use a fresh coat of paint, but every was very nicely decorated and high quality. We’ve been in Scotland two weeks and this was one of our favorite places we stayed at. Breakfast was very nice.」

「The B&B is located about two miles off the WHW but Drymen is a lovely village to stop off and refuel/ buy supplies so it makes sense to stop over for the night. Food and drink at the Drymen Inn were great as was the afternoon bar staff upon my arrival. Pint of Tennents is a fiver which is very reasonable in terms of other stops on the trail. The burger took 25 minutes but was worth the wait even though it was too much to eat, it was supposed to have haggis on it but couldn’t see or taste any....

「Advertised as daily housekeeping but it was not. General overall cleanliness of corridors and common areas was not as expected. Very small shower. Assigned a basement room next to the kitchen. We were unhappy with the room and asked to be moved. They moved us to a slightly better room on the 2nd floor and charged us an extra $81/night. I would not have agreed to it but the basement room was too hot to sleep in. Neither room was very good. The second one was slightly more spacious. At least...

「Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website.」
