Everything was fine. The room was clean, the staff were friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast BUT the plates for the hot breakfast were really cold so the food quickly got cold and it was not pleasant to eat

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Never used bar or had breakfast. We had early check in with no issues for a wedding. Used car park overnight at no charge

comfortable and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. One small gripe is that the shower needs and overhaul. Couldn't get it to stop dripping.

Staff extremely accomodating. Friendly and supportive. Its location right next to a garage car park and many commuters. Lone traveller felt safe. The decor you can tell hotel taken over an old hotel but clean enough. Will stay again

Staff welcoming, room very basic and decor very dated and tired looking. The bed again old and worn but did manage to sleep. Shower was very cold in the morning although there was hot water coming through the bath tap but on switching to the shower, it ran cold. Reported to reception on checkout. Location is wonderful. Close to Hyndland station, plenty cafes on Hyndland Road near by, little M&S in front of the hotel. Hotel stands in the Gartnavel Hospital ground but the hospital ground is great with many walking paths and green space. Car park is large enough, staff attaitive. Downside is the hotel is slightly old, the corridor flooring makes noise, bathroom fitting little tired looking. But everything else is comfortable enough.

Decent okay budget hotel, good breakfast

Hotel is a little “tired,” doesn’t look nearly as nice in person as it does in pictures. Bathroom very tiny, not much room for stuff except a 2-inch shelf, no plugs near the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast is worth it to pay in advance, a lot ot options and full sized breakfast.

We found our stay acceptable but regrettably the accessible room I had stated a preference for was not available, hence we were accommodated on the fourth floor. The lift was available and fine going up, however it was not so reliable going down. There was a long wait for it arriving which was not easy for my husband whose poor mobility makes it difficult standing, and he had a bit of a walk to our room. The staff were helpful, and the young man who served us in the restaurant was very kind and mannerly.

Comfy beds, great breakfast and friendly staff

Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge; a few roads were closed which didn’t show up on our map. When we finally arrived check in was very smooth. The room was a little dated but otherwise fine. The beds/bedding were extremely comfortable. The room was a little warm and the only way to cool down was to open a noisy window. Mind that there is a sort of pond near by and birds LOVE to make noise in the early morning. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious with a good variety of items.

Great stay

This is not our first stay at this hotel and won’t be our last. Always a warm welcome and excellent service, rooms are very comfortable and clean. The online check in is wonderful and such a time saver. Great wee hotel
