"Check in was ok. The truth is .. Looks are very deceiving. It was convenient in location but i expected more ..especially that it was a Hyatt property. The elevators sucked, my step kids were freaked out cause we got stuck in the elevator. I just was lookin forward to a cleaner and more comfortable stay for my bday weekend."

"The service at this hotel is great! We received free snacks and bottles of water upon checking in. Breakfast food was plentiful, and the potato was delicious. The room was a bit outdated with a musty smell, and there was no smart TV. Bathroom was clean though, but the shower could be slippery, so watch out for that. Free laundry machines were a great plus!
