"Front doors broken, pool under renovations, lobby trashed, men’s and women’s restroom in lobby has stalls that were broken and zero toilet paper, carpet stained in lobby, trash in parking lot. This property is very ran down. Wanted us to wait for over two hours to check in because they were short staffed. Over 20 people waiting to check in at 5:46pm. "

"Staff was extremely nice, building is out dated, toilet had 1 hair could be the cleaning person, room was super cold perfect for BF, it survived its purpose would book again!"

"Room was okay. Luggage trolleys old and not rolling maneuverably. Pool had just 3 folding chairs and fully occupied by one single family. Trash strewn in pool area. Front desk frequently left unattended and nobody available for room key issue or towel requests, then told takes a few hours for towels. "

"It was a comfortable room, they were no handicap or rooms available on the bottom floor and it was hard walking upstairs. I think they should clean the air conditioner filter daily , they were very dirty . Sorry I wouldn't stay there again, when we arrived they were cops there and at night two other gentlemen arguing, I had my granddaughters with me, it's not a place for family to stay "

"The pictures in the app are misleading. It’s a runned down property that got a facelift. Our door did not properly close due to the floor being crooked, which was a major safety concern. The room was dirty. Pool was cold, doesn’t seem like the heater was working. But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. "
