The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and was spacious. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Easy access and plenty of parking. Coffee in the room and in the lobby. Had a great stay.

This place was great, great staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an amazing hot breakfast every day, they had no problems with my pet. The place is very clean and kept up well, the only bad thing about this place is that it has no pool YET, but its winter time and I’m sure that will change by the time spring break comes around. For the price you can not beat this place I recommend this place 100% over all other properties. I don’t know if they have any kitchen units but that would be the only thing they lack if they don’t but I don’t know you have to check or call and ask if they do. I didn’t ask I just got a regular room which is huge. Not to mention the tvs all have Roku and so there’s tons of stuff to watch on tv. I highly recommend this place

Parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was good too. The place smell musty. Like too many air fresheners . Carpets are in need of care. The beds are uncomfortable. There wasn't any amenities in the room. We booked the room on line. I probably would have paid more for a fresher comfortable room. We were stuck with the room.

The staff was very helpful getting someone to fix our HVAC unit since it sounded like rocks tumbling in a can . We had very difficult time sleeping, with all the noise. Someone worked on it but it was still quite noisy, never slept uninterrupted. In our 4 day stay the hall and elevator carpet was not vacuumed. I don’t expect we’ll be back.

The room was ok, but it advertised it sleeps 5 and you can ask for a roll away bed. When I get to the hotel and ask about the extra bed, they tell me it is a fire hazard. Ok, so I said well I got it cause it says it sleeps 5 and can have a roll away and the front desk woman just ignored it. Also the tv was nice but the internet wasn't good, kept buffering. The lobby and hallways were uncomfortably hot. The indoor pool looked like it could use some upgrades. Kinda looked like a horror scene and the flickering light in the corner of the pool didnt help it much.

Good overall

Pros: Great value, spacious, good temperature, very nice room, breakfast was good, love the mirror, space galore, comfortable bed, great setup in room, clean carpet in rooms, enough toiletries, microwave/fridge were clean, more than enough drawer space, great lighting in parking area in front. The staff were nice, quiet during sleeping hours. Cons: swimming pool and surround pool area needs some attention and maybe some rust removal, clean water, carpet in hallways was super dirty, maybe consider thick curtains, the light came in a lot making it difficult to determine if its daytime or nighttime, black spots in caulking in shower, one towel only (was given very small pool towel when asked the front desk).

Dirty, poor services

The hotel was very dirty with roaches everywhere. We didn't get room service for 3 days. They didn't have enough towels even upon request. The swimming pool was extremely dirty. There was only 2 items for breakfast and nit enought for everyone. Worst stay i have ever experienced in a hotel
