Front lady was very nice, but the room was terrible. Not clean at all. Bed halfass tucked under don’t know if it’s been cleaned in a while. Coffee stains with actual coffee on tables and dirty toilet. Dirty everything.

This hotel is disgusting. The toilet was clogged from who ever stayed there before. The room smelled musty. There was mold on the ceiling. You could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned. The floor was dirty. The bed comforter had holes in it. The elevator did not work. I lost my money because I refused to stay there and they wouldn’t give me my money back. This has to be the absolute worst hotel. I thought it was unsanitary and took the loss because I wasn’t staying there.

When we arrived to check-in, we were told there would be a $10 pet fee and a $50 room deposit in cash. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn the night before for $62 and chose this hotel because it was advertised for less, plus it offered continental breakfast. Total cost to us was $110. Cost of getting cash from card $15 in fees only to have them keep our deposit when we checked out for pet hair on the floor and claiming we smoked in a non smoking room. I had the police get involved to help get our deposit that was blatantly stolen. We needed accommodations for 2 nights, having only $150 to do so, including food, and now we're unable get another room for today.
There was no breakfast....!

My Wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. There are roaches crawling all over the outside of the building and also in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly but very nosey when you’re walking around the grounds, however, the grounds are well maintained and clean. (other than roaches) The WORST part about this hotel was our bathroom. After we had checked in and unloaded we spent the rest of our day at the beach. When we got back to our room and about to head to bed when one of us had to use the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had no toilet for 4 nights. We had to use the lobby bathroom or hold it till we went about our plans for the day. The sink was also clogged and wouldn’t drain so it was filled with nasty water. I definitely would not recommend anyone staying here especially for how much you’re paying.

Property was older and not well kept up. First room smelt like old wet mildew very strong like the room had gotten wet. Was upgraded to third flor as if it was any better. Roaches everywhere. Toilet didnt flush down properly. Lamps did not work or either broken. Cheap dainty towels and only two bath one hand towel and one wash cloth. One tiny bar of soap no body was or shampoo. Hair dryer did not work. Coffe maker did not work. The Tv did work nor the the screen function clearly. It looked like it had been drop. A/C BARELY kept room cooled. I was too tired to even complaint anymore. Just wanted to sleep get some rest from a long day from a funeral. Will not recommend nor will i ever stay here again. And if i wanted a better room on the first floor i had to pay more extra than what i was paying for in the first place. Do not was waste your time or money. No breakfast just basic coffe and cold pastry no hot breakfast no cereal offered. Pictures did not match website. No ice machines worked on property. No fridge or microwaves in rooms.no refunds or any thing.

The property advertises (and pictures show) it to be clean and modern and very nice. Truth, the pictures have to be 10 years old, the rooms are run down and OLD and dirty. DID NOT FEEL SAFE here.
