「We had an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Galveston Island! We originally booked Friday through Sunday, but loved it so much that we extended our stay another night and checked out Monday. The room was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious, well designed, and had a layout that made traveling with my son and two nieces so comfortable. 「Nice cozy hotel. Kind of old but room is clean bed is clean. Breakfast has more choice. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. 」

「Lower level of hotel smells like mold. Listed as complimentary breakfast, doesn’t have. Counter girl said it hasn’t had for months even though it’s still listed. Multiple times throughout my four day trips asked them to pick up trash on 3rd floor where we were staying. Wouldn’t recommend.」

「I did not stay in the hotel/accommodations that are pictured here. I did not have access to the pool pictured here. The pool that I did have access to was not in walking distance with 2 six year old children especially considering it was almost 100 degrees and mosquitoes swarming. There was no continental breakfast as details specified were included. No ice machines. The only positives were the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and AC worked. Room was noisy from others on top floor....
