「It is an excellent stay,the hardware and service are immaculate. I am very grateful to the team of the hotel. Every one is very kind and accommodating, they gave us early check in and late check out.Even I didn’t mention my wife’s birthday they noticed it and sent a birthday cake with handwritten card to her. So far it is the best hotel we had ever stayed 」

「Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.」

「The location is very bad because there are a construction in front of the hotel, and the street to the hotel was blocked at night so we need to drive a long way to another street. The bedding is uncomfortable at all... the hotel is very old.. 」

「Our room was warm even in winter. The room had a washing machine and a kitchen with kitchenware, so you could cook and wash your clothes. Actually, it wasn't really a room, let's call it a small house. Everything was wonderful, thank you, I will definitely come again.」

The staff were great throughout and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived – it genuinely felt like we’d stayed there before. Hats off to Yasin for the great hospitality. 「Close to alot of cafes and restaurants, it’s in the pricer part of town. Easy transport by streetcar/tram and bus . Use taxi apps to order taxis . I don’t know why there are bad reviews our room on the 5th floor was lovely. 」

「Everything about this hotel is 5-Star. My only comment for any improvement would be for the hotel to invest in an electric golf cart with rain & wind protection to pick up customers from the street sidewalk (which is the only means to access the front lobby). First impressions are often the lasting ones and this hotel should control this narrative. I can't imaging how I would have felt if it were raining with cold wind and I had to walk 140 meters to get to the lobby in such weather. There is no...
