"Bed comfortable. Slept well with pillows. Bed soft enough, not smothering nor a board. Place is old but clean. Great for stop gap in trip but not a week stay."

Ate a quick bite for lunch at Kootz Brewery. Bighly reccommend. Had a hurger and a ruben and both were awesome. A great little gem very unexpected

There are several places to eat, and the zoo was very nice. They also have a good play area in the park.

It's a typical smallish Texas town. There doesn't seem to be a lot of crime, outside of the drug epidemic that exemplifies the a broken society at large.

I haven't had any type of negative from my stays in Gainesville. It's an overall good place.
"Pool was listed as an amenity. The main reason we selected this hotel. We got there and the pool was filled closed and full of green water. Hair clogged shower drain. Cut my finger on broken porcelain on toilet tank by flusher. Sheets were stained. Room was comfortable. It was ok for the price. "
"Difficult to access because of road construction. The exit was dilapidated road due to construction of the actual exit. The motel was great, just not easy access while the exit is being resurfaced."
