「We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.」

「Bathroom sink was clogged and smell bad. Dead bug found in the bathroom」

「I arrived and went to my room. The lights in the bathroom did not work. They changed my room. Got to the new room, tv remote did not work, no biggie I went downstairs and they put batteries in it. The AC wouldn’t work then in the middle of the night I was woke up by the thermostat making a “ticking” noise. They said they would give me a credit but have not done that. I e been told 3 times the manager would call me, they aren’t in yet, will be in soon etc. none of this has happened.」

「Room was dirty, ceiling tiles were falling out, breakfast was limited, tv didn’t work after we got it working we were unable to shut it off so I just unplugged it so we could sleep. Curtains were stained, smells like mould, I will not be back. First Super 8 I’ve seen this bad.」

「Room was spacious and beautiful! Loved the grounds! Breakfast was delicious!」

「There was mold in the bathroom of room 128. The room smelled musty. The curtains didn’t block the light from coming in. I had a terrible night’s sleep here.」

「Friendly staff」

「1st room air conditioner wasn't working, reported it and then told it was just replaced today. Had to wait for maintenance to come back from break, then the story was he was off and had to wait for him to return because he had been called back, couldn't put us in another room until he said it wasn't working according to the lady at front desk. After another hour she called us and said she was giving us another room. Next room remote control wasn't working I went to the front desk and asked for...
