1st room was full of bedbugs then we got transferred to a 2nd room that was dirty, the door didn't close correctly, food on the wall, an overgrown fly, and only luke warm water. Then we went out for the day & came back to our keys not working.

Hello! For the one (1) night stay, the price was convenient. • The staff was courteous. • The halls to the rooms were trashy - - food and to-go containers were all over the place. • The room was clean. • The top cover of the toilet did needed to be lifted to flush. This is a hazard! You had to be careful lifting it up with both hands and setting it to an angle to prevent dropping and breaking it. • The entrance door to the room had big gaps allowing the cold air into the room and made the room cold. There’s always room for improvement. Thank you for allowing guests to share their experience!

I read the reviews (just like you’re doing now) to decide whether to book a night’s stay. The moment I drove up to the property, I wanted to turn around. Had I not already paid, I would’ve cancelled on the spot. The outside & surrounding area looked like somewhere you wouldn’t be caught after dark. Walking up the stairs to my room, there were rat trap boxes & trash scattered all around the property. Inside the room, one bed was absolutely filthy—brown & yellow stains all over the bedspread, so who knows what was underneath. Luckily, the other bed looked clean, but I still sprayed it down with my own disinfectant. In the bathroom, there was a dirty wash rag & towel hanging over the shower rod. While sitting on the toilet, you could see boogers & God-knows-what-else smeared on the walls. The toilet paper holder wasn’t even secured to the wall. Since two towels were clearly dirty, I didn’t dare use the ones folded on the shelf. I brought my own. There were also brown stains on the walls around the sink. Point blank: the room was not clean. I seriously considered driving back home after my concert, but I didn’t want to drive intoxicated, so I stayed. The walls are paper-thin, people were slamming doors all night, & an exhaust fan from a nearby room ran loudly the entire time. I will never stay here again just to save $50–$60. I knew better. Hopefully someone reads this review & makes a better decision about where they choose to lay their head. Shame on me, lesson learned.

The coffee pot had a moldy pod left in it from who knows how long ago. The key card wouldn't work. The door wouldn't lock. Will not recommend this place at all. Staff is rude.

The first room I had still had hair on the pillows and sheets from the previous person. I asked to get the sheets changed and the lady at the front stated there was no house keeping on site at the time so she could change my room. I received a new room and the bed looked clean. When I got the room not even 30 minutes later I get a knock at the door and housekeepers wanted in to clean, so the young lady was not telling the truth. As I stayed the night I learned that the toilet wouldn’t flush and the room looked soo dirty. I went to the front desk the same day and asked Joey if I could get a refund for the second day as I would not be staying another night. I told him of all the problems I was having and he thought it was funny and laughed. I stayed the one night and found what looked like dried throw up on the floor, dead bugs everywhere, and the floors looked as if they had not been vacuumed for days. The next morning as I woke up to shower I noticed that when I was showering the toilet started to gargle. Someone else’s feces started to back up into the toilet in my room. I told the front desk and they were not helpful at all. Horrible way to run a business, I booked Quality Inn as I have never had a problem with other locations. Definitely will not be staying again and do not recommend the Gainesville Quality Inn Location.

You need to get toilets for adults not the ones for preschoolers. Big people can’t sit down low enough they wind up falling on them. No handles to hold onto to get up . It’s hard when you don’t have any strength in your knees to get up. Thanks for letting me vent

It barely had any toilet paper. My husband had to go ask for some at the office. The room that was for breakfast was so cold you couldn’t stay in there. This hotel was very run down. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was dirty with left over trash from the previous person. The shower was practically falling apart. The water that came out of the shower was hard. The “housekeeping” is a family who has their young children working and running around the property. Woke up from a nap to a family attempting to get in the room because the staff double booked our room. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

Check-in lobby was hard to find, outside it's marked as a store or something . I had to drive around whole complex to make sure i am in right place. Receptionist check me in fast, but gave me a key and sitdown without even pointing me in right direction to go. No map of the place. Room and sheets are very clean, tub in shedding paint. But, i guess i got what i paid for.
