Front desk clerk was super nice, easy check in. For the price, $45.00 a night, had what was needed plus more, mini kitchen will be great for longer stays. It’s old but pretty well kept.

We booked this hotel for one night after attending a concert at WinStar, simply looking for a clean and safe place to rest. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean and did not feel well-maintained at all. The door to the hotel room was not properly sealed, which made us feel unsafe. There were unfamiliar individuals walking around the property late at night, and the overall environment felt uncomfortable and gross. Additionally, the noise level was high, including frequent train noise nearby, making it difficult to relax. We ultimately chose to leave and drive home rather than stay the night. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

Room, refregarator and Tv were plugged in a double outlet, however only the bottom part of the outlet worked, so I had to alternate plugging TV or refregerator. Hot water was not working for some time of my stay

Room 115 had black mood in several places, even the phone and it smelled so bad. I woke up with a runny nose and sore throat that I didn’t have before staying there. Very disappointed, will never stay there again.

Rooms weren’t available until 1 1/2 hrs after normal check-in time. Room floor was filthy with food products all over the floor. no towels in room, only positive was TV and good bed with clean sheets. The entire motel looked dirty and unkempt. Breakfast room was very cold and atmosphere was unappealing.

The interior room is fine for the cost it was pretty good the property was close to fast food restaurants gas stations grocery stores right off interstate 35 not too far maybe 10 minutes from winstar casino the exterior of the property is very outdated my only complaint was the weather in which the property could not control a lot of snow in the parking lot maybe it could have been treated better by the property I got stranded a couple of times in the parking lot slip on the stairs but was not injured

Room was not AT ALL as advertised online. Rooms look entirely different. We were supposed to be there for an entire week and had to check out after one night the room was so nasty. The made us pay upfront prior to the stay and refused to give us refund. Expedia was super helpful and stepped in for us and they even refused to work with Expedia on the matter. They are incredibly difficult to get on the phone. DONT STAY HERE they will rob you of your money. Shower was stained and disgusting. Hair was on the walls. Mattress, towels, and sheets were covered in stains and cigarette burns.

For the price I paid for this place, it should have been more comfortable. The beds were hard, the walls are thin, the black out part of the curtains had so many holes, it didn’t keep out much light.

The room was very old and rundown. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Towel rack has been ripped off the wall. Coffee maker leaking. Non-working stove. No tub stopper. Very loud people at all hours outside. It seemed like some people were actually living there. Big gap under the door. Would not recommend. The best thing is no bugs scurried.
