Home away from home.

My home away from home for the last 2 weeks. My only complaint was that the bed itself wasnt very supportive compared to what i am used to.

The property has pet friendly listed. The guy at the front desk and this lady too made a big deal about my emotional support animal even though I showed them my doctors note and certificate. Place was dirty the cleaning lady never came to change sheets or anything.

Disgusting place to stay! Dirty! Non smoking inn yet everyone was smoking and rooms smelled heavily of smoke. Was told in comes in through vents but nothing was done. Toilet was busted and room was flooded but wouldn’t change rooms for us! Kitchen ??fridge broken not working our food spoiled. No pots pans??? Bugs no one answered at front desk when called no one on office when going in? Never stay here! Gross not professional asked for money back said no.

I stayed here for a full week, and while the property looked clean and recently renovated at check-in, the stay itself was very disappointing. The room included a kitchen, which was a big reason I booked, but to my surprise, there were no essentials provided—no cups, utensils, or cookware at all. Without these, the kitchen was useless, and I still had to eat out despite planning to cook during my stay. On top of that, only one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels were provided for the entire week. If you need replacements, you’re expected to pay to wash them yourself or buy your own, which is unreasonable for a hotel stay—especially when traveling with children. What disturbed me even more was that my room was approached twice during my stay in ways that felt unprofessional and intrusive. The first time, the same front desk staff member who checked me in came knocking at my door unexpectedly. When I answered, she looked behind me into my room, saw me and my daughter, then said “oh, wrong room” and walked away. Another time, while my daughter was napping, a man from pest control banged on the door insisting he needed to spray my room. Not only did this wake my daughter up from her much-needed nap but I also found it outrageous that pest control was entering guest rooms midstay
