Clean room, Great Brownies, Great Biscuits, Great Banana Nut bread. Loved the breakfast and Connie and John were so welcoming. Reserve the Rose room as it is the best room in the house.

Amazing and outstanding 10 stars

Everything was absolutely amazing Mr and Mrs Lancaster were just the best and so accommodating. The food is exceptional all natural and made from scratch I can't say enough about this property and the food it was so relaxing the pool and jacuzzi and outdoor area was absolutely amazing and beautiful covered in flowers. I would recommend this location to anybody

It was amazing. Linda and her husband John went above and beyond with everything that was offered. Breakfast was amazing all of it organic fresh there is just not one complaint. I would most definitely return and I would give it a 5 star.

The Best B and B of experience!

This was easily our favorite B and B stay. The hosts were engaging and enjoyable without being pushy or awkward. The food was delicious and to order. The room was clean and roomy without a lot of clutter like some B and B’s. Connie and John added lots of touches to make us feel welcome and at home.

Quick couples overnight stay

Husband and I stayed here overnight and attended a concert at nearby Winstar Casino. Both husband & wife hostesses were wonderful and very sweet folks. B&B is very homey, absolutely love the antique feel... the stove in the kitchen is amazing looking (wish I had my own!) The treats, snacks and breakfast was all very delicious! Will definitely stay here again if we stay overnight for a concert or need a quick stay away from home!

There is no other place in Texas I would rather be for a quick getaway than at the Lancaster Manor with Mrs. Connie and Mr. John. The French Room is home away from home, and at this visit, I had the eggs bennie instead of my usual Texas pancakes. YUM! Booking for stay #7 in June for my sister's birthday.

I chose to experience this delightful BnB in Gainesville last night. While only there for a hot second, I was spoiled with yumminess, the kindest inn keepers, white glove service, and a full-helping of all “antique charm” that I adore. I would HIGHLY recommend the Lancaster Manor for special events or a simple reset. Cheers!

Great service, cool history.

Service was amazing, but just keep in mind this place was built in the 1800’s and has no AC. They have window units to help but still no real AC. It’s very nostalgic and has a cool story behind it. The mattress was not comfortable at all, but the room itself was very nice. The smaller rooms share one restroom while the larger king size rooms have their own. Free beer, water, soda, tea & coffee are included but the wine bottles cost extra. I would recommend this for anyone looking to experience something like this but otherwise if your looking for more modern comfort I would suggest something else.
