The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that our room did not come with blackout curtains, only the shades, so at 6:30 in the morning the room was full of sunlight, waking us both up when we were really looking forward to sleeping in a bit.

My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly, as there was urine on the floor near the toilet. Customer service was also disappointing. Each time I approached the front desk, I had to ring the bell because the employee was around the corner on his phone. Overall, this was not the friendly, stress-free, and comfortable experience I have come to expect from Holiday Inn stays.
