「My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. 「The staff was very helpful and courteous. The property itself was disastrous. The breakfast was terrible. My room had a serious AC issue - although it ran constantly it never took the moisture out of the air. I also noticed a black substance around the AC vents in the ceiling. I saw one guest who came down and asked for towels because his AC unit was leaking. Unfortunately, I would not recommend nor would I stay again at this facility.」

「I traveled to Denton, TX for a track and field championship and for the location of the hotel from the stadium, simply having somewhere to lay my head at night, and the hotel staff being very helpful, welcoming, and open to answer any questions I had, I give the stay an 8/10. The only downfalls that would drop the rating down for me would be the hotels location to restaurants because I typically like to walk to surroundings places for grocery/meal runs, the amenities which were slim to none...

「I stay at Marriot properties all the time I had just stayed and won the day before in Austin. They gave us water bottles. They gave us a drink token. They were extra nice. The Place in Denton was so rude and offered nothing.. I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to stay there. Those young girls really need some training or they need to find a job that they enjoy doing because they were so rude.」
