「Property was great!! Expedia overcharged me!! Horrible customer service at Expedia!!」

「The breakfast was very basic: waffles, cereal, oatmeal packs to make, there was some fresh fruit, and coffee. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is an older hotel, but it was updated. For the price and my one night stay it was comfortable. I will return when passing through.」

「The couch in my room had a big dip in it and it was very hard to get out of the hotel was clean, but it needed a lot of TLC. I asked when I got to the front desk if I could get a hotel room close to the main lobby or the elevator if we had to go on another floor and she told me no that my room was down by the exit door.」

「Friendly staff, easy check in and out, large sized room, a/c was quiet and cool, clean comfortable bedding and safe, secure parking. Great value for your buck and great access to the freeway as well. I would definately stay here again and will stay here again on my next trip to Winstar. 」

「You could tell this was an older property. Rooms were dated and bathroom wasn’t too nice. No tissues. There was a little bit of musty smell to the room. 」

「This is an older property and could use some updating. With that said the room was very clean. The owners that run the place are extremely nice. Unlike some luxury hotels the room was made up every day with fresh towels. If you want a luxury spa environment this is probably not the place. But for a clean nice safe place to stay I strongly recommend! I have stayed here before and will return in the future. 」

「When i arrived to check in ...they said i didnt have reservation. I showed them confirmation and they stiil said ...i had no reservation!....but when i arrived the lobby had a terrible odor...long story short after the rod stewart show...i had to drive back to okc.」
