My reservation via expedia was somehow canceled while i was standing in line waiting to check in to the hotel. I made the reservation on March 3, received a confirmation email reminder on March 25 but some got canceled on March 28, the checkin day. I dont k ow who canceled it. Beware of using expedia for reservations.

We had to pay cash for room because machines had been down a couple days and no one contacted me. Said my number was wrong but I also have email. Then there was no shuttle to casino like the webpage said.

Very HUGE clean rooms, great for large groups or families with children. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive.Basic breakfast and the pool is outside. If you're just looking for a room close to the casino or shopping or theme parks, this is MY #1 recommendation. The only thing I am not comfortable or used to, but is completely SAFE, is the water. It feels slimy due to the water softener, but that is how it is at all the hotels in that area. I've stayed at all, but this one is an OVERALL pick for budget and crawling distance between casino and 30 minutes to Dallas/Ft Worth, Grapevine, 10 minutes to Gainesville.

The first day breakfast there were no spoon, wafer oil spray available; I got the last mini apple for two of us. The 2nd day there were no little Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich, fresh fruits available. Room is is good, bath room tiles were loose and causing noises when stepping on it. Improve customer service is needed.

Mattress was awful, broken chair in room, mini fridge did not work well, bathtub stopper did not work, the halls smelled and so did elevator, could not ever find anybody at the desk, the credit card machine was down they could only take cash, girl at desk said she called and left message day before but I had no message. Will never stay there again amd I paid $271 for one night. Not stay there again.

Room is big, tub was clean, staff were cordial, breakfast was not pleasing, to the eye. At, 8:30 our selection was A "not so fresh looking apple" left to select, nothing else. Which lead me to believe we missed BREAKFAST?? While the hours clearly stated until 9am. We left.

The lady that checks you in is very nice and extremely informative. The hotel itself could use some work, a little updating . It smells like mothball with hints of mold. But you get what you pay for and overall the price fits the accommodations. It’s so close to the Casino, it’s a 2 minute walk.

Room was fine, clean. Staff at check in was not helpful. We had to ask three times for a tv remote that worked. We had to ask about WiFi they didn’t greet us when we arrived. Staff when leaving was very pleasant. Will not recommend this hotel or ever go back.
