「The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. 」

「My stay at this hotel was great. I was originally down the street and it wasn’t as nice. Construction was pretty bad and the hotel was dated. My family was devastated but they refunded me and I was able to relocate here. It’s so expensive on the weekend, so we’re moving to another hotel tonight that’s near some more amazing places and things to do. So I am happy with my decision to be on the move while in Myrtle Beach!!! Traveling should be affordable because it is definitely a mental health...

「THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE STAY IN LAST 30 YEARS COMING TO MYRTLE BEACH ALMOST EVERY YEAR. REASONABLE PRICE, QUIET & SAFE. EXCEPT FOR THE PARKING. IT TOOK ME 10-12 MINUTES TO FIND A PARKING SPACE AND WOULD SUGGEST THE 2nd LEVEL(VALET PARKING) TO BE REDUCED. THANKS, WAYNE 」

「It was a bit noisy even late at night but that was to be expected 」

「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

「Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. 」

「This is my 2nd year staying here. Everything went great. Ofc it’s going to be loud out, especially when staying on the strip, but no complaints whatsoever. Will be staying again !!」

「Took my 5/8 year old. What a beautiful place and friendly staff. We had a great time!!! The only thing I would say is the elevator was kind of “eh”…. The construction doesn’t bother you unless you want it to. It was an amazing time:)」
