「All great except elevator sometimes slow」

「We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

「Mold on balcony were ac unit has dripped…we didn’t need to be near it…Room was OK.. we just slept there at night because we went to where family was staying during day. Hotel is convenient location. Nice size fridge which was very clean.」

We actually booked it the same night we checked out of another hotel that was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the photos (North Beach Resort…I’d recommend staying elsewhere). 「This property had alot of imperfections that could've been better like the floors not clean, side if refrigerator dirty, walls dirty and repairs needed and painting. The furniture had flows and the dinette table chairs material very dirty I just put towels on the ones we sat on to feel comfortable. Most importantly the linen all had old stains so we felt alittle uncomfortable. The location and amenities were good.
