「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「The best feature of the hotel was the pool area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, our overall stay was impacted by several issues with our room. One of the televisions was not functioning properly and operated through a Fire Stick rather than standard cable service. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. Our room was located near a parking deck, and throughout the night we could hear birds chirping continuously. The noise was quite disruptive, especially...

「This was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, however, the 1st room we were put in smelled of smoke. We asked to be moved to another room and when we told them why they acted」

「DO NOT STAY HERE. Woman at front desk was the nastiest person I've ever encountered. No AC in lobby or hallways and absolutely FILTHY dirty. Construction in rooms looked like the landlord special. Absolutely awful experience.」

「The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.」

「I don't have anything to say bad about the ocean motel there's only three things is the doors to get in, the bathroom and the sliding door to the balcony」

「We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)」

「Not handicapped accessible AT ALL my wheelchair would not even fit through the front door of the room on top of it. There was a ledge to get over and then, once we got in the room, the wheelchair couldn't even fit in the bathroom.So I had to abandon the wheelchair and make my way into the bathroom...... I just wouldnt recommend this place The staff was nice though, but the place had cockroaches」
