「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Check in was ok. Room (location) smelled right outside our door. Figured out we were right by the trash dump area. Actual room was not bad. There is no house cleaning which was rough bc we stayed a whole week. You have to go down to front desk to grab towels, etc. The water park is on the opposite side of the hotel from the beach. 「Avoid this place. On our first night arrival we found bug like remnants in the sheets. We were moved to a new room of lesser value. This room had light switches that didn't work, outlets that didn't work and overall sketchy wiring through out. We contacted the front desk after staying in the new room for 1 night. 「Hilton should be embarrassed to have this hotel as part of their Tapestry Collection. The grounds are filthy and not well maintained. There is bird poop covering the floor of the parking area and trash littered everywhere. Every single surface looks grimy.
