「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.」

「When I first got there they gave me a room that was not clean there was sop from last gess and the room smell like week then they gave my another room and gave me a room that was a lot worse the shower was leaking a lot and the sinck neck to the mine fridge was leaking on the floor and the people that go there all smell like weed at night the hallway smell of weed and are room did to so I wood want my money back all of it I stayed for a week I wood not spend 5 dollars at this hotel」

「Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts.」

「My husband and I stayed at this hotel and we both really Enjoyed it. The room was very clean almost crisp feeling. We had a room by an elevator and thought it might be loud, but it wasn't at all. We even got back to our room later that night and needed a snack and they had a fresh sandwhich available for me and an ice cream for my husband at the front desk area. The lights in the room were set nice and not blinding like some hotels use these days and the beds and pillows were very comfortable....

「Very mixed emotions after our last minute trip there this weekend. This was one of few choices available given the holiday weekend. It is a Hilton Property. Pros: Helpful Staff, Nice Beach, near airport and mall. Great food, even so the wait can be long to get served. Nice lounge to have a drink before heading to bed in the evening with great bartender! Cons: We got two extra towels from house keeping on day one never to see the staff again. We went all three days there without a single room...
