「Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. 「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.」

「Very clean room and property, beach access was great, only issue was the room stayed damp and wet the whole time, they needed a dehumidifier, the floor was wet and had to be careful walking, smoke alarm went off, battery died, was replaced very quickly」
