「The hotel have over 120 rooms. The room type ocean view and balcony we have a room no view no balcony. Breakfasts not to interested. 」

「The room was a lot smaller than expected. The description said it was a double wide bed, but personally seemed like just a double bed. The fridge did not work and kept nothing cold, although it was plugged in. There was no shower curtain so water got everywhere with taking a shower which is crazy as a shower curtain is not expensive. The front desk person was nice but told us there was parking in the front, back, and side. When we went to park in the back, we got yelled at by 2 cleaning ladies...

「Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. 」

「The room was clean and upgraded with light fixtures, glass shower doors, carpet and decir. I loved it. The price was affordable and the bed was super comfortable!」

「They double booked my room and put my kids on a different floor great price but when you stay there you will quickly find out why there prices are so low do not recommend 」

「Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that」
