「The hotel is easy to park, staff friendly and relatively clean.」

「It is not a hotel for two handicap people who had declined to the third floor. We had to wait over 10 minutes for a tenant to come to the front desk to check in.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「We didn’t comfortable or enjoyed stay from 4/19 to 4/23/26. There was no breakfasts served due to the under construction. We needed changed the room three times. The room 407 had bathroom leak and room 412 the toilet didn’t flush. Check out time I told the staff about the problem no apologies! He only asked do you want receipt? Sick!!」

「The rooms were spacious and clean, with kitchen needs. A complaint was my mattress. It had a big dip in the middle, the sides were soft and the springs were worn. My partner did not offer to switch beds. His looked to be ok.」

「This is a timeshare property. When you check in they’ll try to get you to go to a presentation. It is a beautiful property but it is across the street and then a bit away from the ocean. It’s also two miles away from the heart of Myrtle Beach, where the boardwalk is. Also, while the room was quiet, it’s very noisy outside due to helicopter tours, the airport and constant music playing by the pools.」

「I didn't have breakfast. Everything was clean except for the elevators. There were spills and candy on both elevators every time I entered.」
