We went out exploring the city for approximately 5 hours. When we returned at 10 pm our room was still hot and the air conditioning was not running. I went to the front desk for help and was told I had to wait 30 minutes. I explained we had to be at the airport at 4 am and needed to get to sleep. After arguing back and forth she...
