Staff were generally friendly. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed for a few days. We also enjoyed the fact that a working TV was also available. However, we requested for an extra blanket a few times and we're told they would get back to us but this never happened despite prompting. The shower was also broken. The towels were nice and clean but always had an unpleasant detergent smell. Breakfast was good and had a great variety which we really enjoyed (and good coffee!). However, we came once at 9am (one hour before closing) and hot food was no longer being served. It would be nice if this was provided.

Staff was very helpful and property very well maintained. Rooms are small with limited luggage space but bath well lit!! Great pastry shop right next door and great pizzeria down the street with an extensive, reasonable menu!! Food was fantastic!!!!

★★★★★ A Place Worth Returning To — Outstanding Breakfast and Perfect Location I stayed at Hotel Palazzo Argenta twice during my trip — and that alone says a lot. It’s one of those places you return to because everything simply works. The location is excellent, especially for arrivals and departures. Being close to Naples airport makes travel effortless, whether you’re arriving late or leaving early, without sacrificing comfort or a sense of calm. One of the absolute highlights of my stay — and genuinely the best breakfast of my entire trip — was the breakfast here. Fresh, beautifully prepared, generous, and clearly made with care. It didn’t feel like a routine hotel breakfast at all, but something thoughtful and well-curated that actually makes you slow down and enjoy the morning. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming. Everything feels intentional and well thought through, which makes both short stays and return visits equally pleasant. Hotel Palazzo Argenta strikes a rare balance between practicality and quality. With its excellent location, comfort, and truly memorable breakfast, it’s a place I would happily choose again — and clearly already did.

Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks.
