"The shower water pressure was extremely weak. The room lacked basic amenities like a vanity kit, body lotion, and hair conditioner. The hotel felt dated and looked nothing like the photos."

"새로 지은지 얼마 안되는 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 같은 건물에 도미토리 형식의 호스텔도 있고 일반 호텔도 있습니다. 전 일반 호텔애 묶었고 아주 만족 핬습니다. 중앙역 기차 전철 모두 바로 옆에 있어서 접근성 좋고 전철/기차 이용하기 편리합니다. 주변 지역이 저녁에는 좀 위험할 수 있을것 같은데 저녁에 일찍 들어와서 쉬고 아침 일찍 나가기 아주 좋았습니다. 스태프도 친절하고 다시 머물 의향 100퍼센트 입니다."

"Ultimately I had a great room in a great area, but unfortunately my stay started off quite poorly. I was sold a room upgrade which I didn’t understand. I thought I was paying a cash deposit. They put me in a different building than I had originally booked, and as I walked out of the busy bustling area I did not feel very comfortable as a woman travelling alone that didn’t speak the language. I was so tired from travelling and overwhelmed by the number of unhoused people near my building that I waited until the following day to walk back to the building where the reception was, which was more than a kilometre away (my original booking was in a building about 120metres from reception). When I asked why I was put in a different building they then explained clearly that I had paid for a room upgrade. No one ever used that word the day I checked in. I let the staff know that I was alone and had no need for a large suite, and that I was uncomfortable in that area of town. Thankfully they were able to move me the following morning to another building nearby. I was then quite happy with my stay, but be aware if you do not speak Italian that you need to ask lots of questions at check in and be sure you are not paying for an upgrade that you don’t want."

"Good location, close to metro and ferries and some “sights” within walking distance. Rooms clean and adequate if slightly short of storage facilities and power sockets. Clean towels and linen every day an unnecessary luxury?! Staff extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. A pity more was not made of the bar/restaurant. it was not patio weather when we visited but at other times that would be a nice feature"

"This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room."
