Great b&b type of stay

Great stay, walking distance from all the sights that we wanted to see. Room very clean and tidy. Water and coffee available in the "Common" area for free. Extra grateful for the early check-in and very kind and nice staff!

Close to a metro stop and felt like a safe enough area. Also easy access to the port if you plan to take a ferry anywhere to the Sorrento peninsula/Amalfi.

Recommend

Great spot, very close to metro if needed but still possible to walk everywhere. Nice B&B. Breakfast vouchers for a café nearby was a nice idea. Very comfortable room and had Netflix which was great. Young lady on reception on arrival was very nice and informative.

Rita rocks!

In a building decidedly aged, the Domus Chilizzi was a gem of a find! Starting with Ritw who was diligently helpful and cheerful and provided lots of information that was so relenvent to this stay. The amenities were excellent and the free breakfast at Caffe Pascucci was welcome and friendly as well. Never make a decision based on the outsides. The Domus was wonderful in this traveler's eys

Good location close to University underground station, quiet street but round the corner from cafes and restaurants, clean with housekeeping each day, only points to mark it down was would be nice to have a proper cups or at least paper cups for coffee rather than thin plastic, no iron and ironing board, and a ridiculously small door to the street where you are guaranteed to hit your head.

Magnifisent

The receptionst is very helpful and kind, profesional an kind. The location is central near all events and shops with plenty of restaurants with a wide nett of public transport. The hotel is really clean and modern. The bed is very comfortabel. Every thing is super. Higly recomended.

Nice clean room, wasn't aware it wasn't a hotel but more of a room in an apartment. Couldn't get in when i arrived! But the room was clean and quiet.

Excellent, quiet, secure location close to port, metro, shopping, restaurants, supermarket, etc. If arriving by train, take Linea 1 to Universita`, and you're practically there. Friendly, helpful management and staff, who accommodated my request for plant-based/vegan breakfast options. No mini-fridge in room, but apparently there is a shared common fridge available. I had a nice stay and would definitely return. Good value. Keep window closed, to avoid mosquitoes. -KW

Good one night stay to be close to the airport bus (~5 minutes walk). 15-20 minutes walk to the old town, but plenty of life closer than that too. Room 33, shower slow draining. Wi-Fi not good (other reviews suggest this is better in some rooms than others). Couldn’t get in the main door at night, the white swipe box didn’t work, and the key neither. Eventually the door was unlocked from inside. I’d stay again.

Do NOT stay here!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Everything else was terrible. There was a dead fly stuck to the shower door and a dead mosquito made up into my bed. The water pressure in the shower was terrible making it hard to get the shampoo out of our hair. Perhaps worst of all were the 3 lights that stayed on all night and could not be turned off! Do NOT stay here.
