「The property had an overall rating of 3 stars which is why we chose it. Unfortunately the conditions of the rooms were nowhere near 3 stars … the floor was dirty, the furniture was falling apart, the shower drain was super slow. We stayed there with a group of friends and one room had mold and another had ants. Breakfast was OK. I would not recommend.」

「Let's start with the positives: The location can't be beat if wanting to explore Naple's historic center. Plenty of restaurants and shops were close by. The beds were the softest in all of my two weeks touring of Italy. I prefer my rooms cooler and the a/c unit was excellent. Bell hop and breakfast staff were so nice. Breakfast was good! 「The property and staff were great! The place was very clean! The cleaning was VERY detailed (they found a small diamond that we lost). The only downside was the people outside were very loud at all hours of the night. Bring earplugs if needed!」

「The room and unit conditions were wonderful! Very clean and loved the little attention to details like snacks, bottled water in refrigerator, and the toiletries. The lower level entrance and outside of building seemed run down and were deceiving, but the unit(room) was absolutely lovely and would stay there again. It was also located in an area that was close walking distance to almost everything.」
