Three Rooms Toledo Luxury is a luxury room & bathroom right in the centre of Naples, just off Via Toledo into the Spanish Quarter. It is not am actual hotel; however if you are out a lot then the room is a good location for a base. The room/bathroom are very modern with a small fridge; the bathroom/shower is spacious. Although the street door is directly on a small passageway off Via Toledo, there are several doors for security. My arrival was delayed (due to UK ATC) however Germana was supportive on Whatsapp with access advice.

Hotel was awesome. Hard to find, but once you do it’s good. If you have a car, book parking 48 hours in advance or you pay more at super garage. The 30. Euros is per 12 hours, not prorated, unless you book ahead online.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Naples, don't think twice. It is very well located, just a few meters from the Toledo metro station, with several shopping and dining options very close by. We had no issues with outside noise, let much less with the room facilities.By the way, the room is excellent, completely renovated, with everything working perfectly and a spacious bathroom (which is rare for European accommodations). The owner is very helpful, and you can find plenty of local information in the accommodation, as well as tips for sightseeing and getting around the city. The only caveat is that the property does not have an elevator, and you have to climb two flights of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us personally.I definitely recommend it and will certainly stay here again on a future visit to Naples
