「Pool and lobby were under remodelation but the employee was accommodating and provided the continental breakfast even tho the breakfast area was closed. The rooms were remodeled a couple of months ago. We were able to relax and had a good night. 」

Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all.」

「We had a one bedroom suite room 316 and it was absolutely run down, the headboard was coming off the wall with pieces of it missing. It was dirty dust everywhere bathroom and not been cleaned. I tried to speak with someone downstairs twice on two different occasions and the girl down there didn't want to hear it awful we won't never stay there again and we have stated many Country Inn & Suites over the states.」

When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. 「This hotel was very nice, clean and updated. My husband is hearing impaired and the TV actually had the connection port (optic out) for his hearing device streamer. We could also access the back of the TV. because it was on an arm so it could be moved in different directions. The only complaint I have is that one reason I rented this room was because of onsite EV charging stations. However, they did not work correctly. Charging was much slower than it should have been. I charged 6 miles in 3...

We were put in a handicap room for some reason which was not the issue, someone had pulled the curtain closing rods off the curtain along with pulling the curtain off the curtain rod. The bathroom had one of the towel rods had one of the supports pulled out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower barrel can out of the shower head and cleared the fixture. The bathroom sink bowl was too small for the opening in the bathroom...
