「We stayed in Room 103. The box springs were incredibly squeaky...I mean REALLY squeaky. Once you got settled in bed it was fine but even rolling over was a noisy experience.」

「Truly enjoyed the experience. Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.」

「Our reservation didn't indicate that there was a $50 fee for possible damage that would be refunded to us after 2 to 3 business days. This is something that should have been upfront when I made the reservation. The desk clerk tried to explain but my husband was not happy with the fact that the corporation would be collecting interest on our money.」

「I got a squeaky bed and an upstairs neighbor would like to walk around all night! The air conditioner was loud as well… I expected a better quality room..」

「Expedia rate for the room was much than the barre at the hôtel direct.」

「Very nice property at a reasonable price close enough to downtown and Hamilton place to be a short drive (except at rush hours) and pay less for the hotel and nothing for parking. Highly recommended.」

「The room and bedding were very good but the bathroom need just a little tlc.」

「ok」

「Clean property, staff is friendly and helpful」
