"We love Historic hotels ... Monte Falls short in the rooms where the beds are uncomfortable..a suggestion is the beds need toppers. The rooms need to be renovated to maintain the Historic vibe. In our room the sheets were ripped the bathroom had a broken toilet roll holder, the tank was cracked and doors would not shut. The carpet was over used and needs replacing. The check in was smooth although they could of warned us the 3 bands were playing that night until after 1 a.m. they put us on the second floor instead of a higher floor so as not to hear the fans screaming and loud music... hoping all this will be taken in as constructive criticism and not just complaints..."
